In 1938, they opened a second location in Ossining. They purchased a private home located at 32 State Street from Blanche Potter which had been built in the 1850's. 

     In the late 1960's, Leach & Thomas, Inc. was purchased by William F. Masullo who had been an employee there since 1952. 

     In 1988, his son, Michael J. Masullo became a Licensed Funeral Director and is currently the President of the firm. Leach & Thomas, Inc. is a family owned funeral home currently operated by Michael Masullo and his wife, Katie.
